WWII German WHW Gau Berlin Propaganda Letter

This September, 1941 propaganda letter from the Berlin district of the WHW mentions how the Jewish world enemy and their allies are trying to overthrow Germany and that the German soldiers are beating back the Russians.  Not really sure of its purpose, doesn't seem to be soliciting donations.
